Hi Sir,
For your situation, HDB will require you to sell off your house in Malaysia within 6 months from keys collection of your purchased HDB.
I would suggest that you sell or do a transfer of the property to your parents or other family members. This method is adopted by SPRs who wish to purchase a HDB flat.
