Is the tenancy coming to an end soon? For sale of tenanted units, one of the more important item to note is the tenant's support in terms of viewing availability, as well as any unit photo-taking for advertising exposure.

Is your property held more than 4 years already? This will avoid the SSD as well. Any lock in period for the bank loan?

Other info such as the monthly rental rate, the latest tenancy info, property tax and latest maintenance fees will help, as these will be questions the buyer will enquire on.
