Good evening owner,

You can derive your asking price on these few basis:

1) bank valuation from at least 3 banks
2) past transactions for your project and existing projects as reference (usually take past 3 months)
3) request for valuer to provide a formal valuation

Usually procedure will be to have an idea of the law firm you are thinking of engaging and sale price. Once price has been agreed, kickstart 2 weeks option period follow by 10 to 12 weeks completion period.

It will be ideal if you can engage a good salesperson to assist you in the sale so that he or she can come up with a good marketing plan and help you to achieve the highest possible price for your property. All the paperwork will be handled by the salesperson as well.

There are a few reliable ways to price a home. You may refer to the recent transacted price (requires some experience) to estimate your home price or simply get a indicative valuation from different banks. For an more accurate valuation, you can engage a valuer to do the valuation.

With the estimated valuation, you can then price the home by taking into consideration factors such as the facing, orientation and the interior condition of the unit.
