I am looking to rent a 4 bed condo within walking distance of changi general hospital. The requirements are fully equipped gym, pool, jacuzzi , sauna , bbq pits and tennis court. What are the condos available with these. Who pays the condo maintenance / association fees? Landlord or tenant?.

Hi Raj,

1st of all, when do you need to move in and how many occupants will be residing in the property that you are intending to rent?

It will be advisable to provide more information about yourself as well as the occupants (gender, relationship, occupation and etc.) as well as your budget available for this rental, before we can do any matchmaking of units available for you.

In a typical rental transaction, landlords will usually borne the maintenance fees but this is not a regulation. All terms and conditions must be agreed by both parties.
