I am looking to rent a 3/4 rooms HDB, location in the Bishan, AMK, or nearby area. I will need this property by end of May. Budget up to S$2,000 for a one year(or 2 years if price can be reduced). The occupants are 2 professional male, very clean, nonsmoker, minimal cooking of Malaysia and Singaporean nationality.
The unit must have aircons in the bedrooms, 2 bathroom/toilets, and partial furnished (no TVs and beds required). A high floor unit and near MRT will be big advantage.
