I am looking to purchase a 3 bedroom condo around 1,200sqft in the Newton / Novena area (Do not prefer district 12 - balister area unless its a super good deal). Preferably not more than 5 years old unless renovation and condition is good such that we do not need to reno. Price wise within $1.5m. (Alternatively we do not mind 2 bedroom for up to 1,2m with size of about 1000 sq feet). If someone has a good match now or later in the next 6 months, please let me know as we are keen to make a purchase. Hopefully some gurus here will monitor the market prices and inform us once a good match comes along. Thanks.
