I am looking to purchase a 2 or 3 bedroom condo with a max budge of SGD 1m for me to stay in Singapore. I am a foreigner and it is my first home. Westcoast is preferred, but other places will also be considered.

Good morning! I will love to assist you in your first property purchase in Singapore. Do take note that you will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty due to your foreigner status.
