Hi Andrew,

Currently there isn't any unit of Robertson Edge selling below $1500. If you're thinking of investing, why not consider D15? I have a new project here called the MeyeRise at Meyer road, response was good as we sold 30% of the total units in just 3 days.

D15 is the next prime district after the central district 9,10,11. And when people thought of D15 No.1 is Meyer Road, the branding is there.

And this particular project is the newest and this is the last plot of land available for development along meyer road.

In terms of captial appreciation is there as we still have a few units that is available below $1500 psf.

Hi TS,

Your consideration for investment should also think of the potential to rent out the apartment easily. The higher the rent quantum, the more difficult it is to rent out.

I do have a privatised EC for sale in The Woodsvale. 3 bedrooms 1238sqf high floor which is windy and bright. It is near to Admiralty MRT, where there are also quite a fair bit of industrial activities in the town therefore it should not be a problem renting out the unit. Valuation of the unit is $820k and rental of the unit is averaged at $3,000, which is a fantastic return.
