Considerations for investment or own stay can be very different. If you cannot distinguish yourself over what your objective of purchase is, you are never likely be actualise full potential of the purchase. The reality is often that there is no best of both worlds. I do not want to simply just sell you a property which I am marketing but rather you purchase a property which suits what you have set out forth. Last but not least in terms of the budget set aside in this purchase, if it is a an estimated figure from your own, I will highly encourage you to speak to a banker first to be sure of the finances before commencing on the search.
