Hi Mr. Daman,

You might want to consider resale condos such as Elias Green condo. At 600-700 psf, you are most likely looking at older resale condos of 20 years which is a distance away from the MRT. At 700-800 psf you might have more options at Pasir Ris which are 10-15 years old and have easier access to the MRT.
