I am looking to buy a 1BR Private Condo/Apartment,minimum 500 sq. ft. preferably in the East & having TOP sometime mid of next year. I am a foreigner working in Singapore for the past 2 years. I can put down about quarter of a million SG$ as cash down payment (target to cover 20% upfront cost & ABSD) with the rest taken as a loan (don't have any outstanding loan at the moment). My budget for the property is about 650k inclusive of all the Stamp Duties. Kindly advise.
