I am looking to buy a 1 Bedroom/Studio apartment within a budget of $530,000. Prefer walking distance to MRT.

For Own stay, aim to buy by Mid/Late Feb. Please let me know if you have any options for me.

1) Are you looking at new launches or are you looking at condo that has already TOP? Or TOP soon?
