Hi S.K

For condo, there isn't any minimum stay that you must abide with, and you could sell it anytime you want upon purchasing. But do note that there is Seller Stamp Duty payable. So in order not to incur any cost upon selling the condo, it would be good if you can hold it for 5 years.

Presently, I am marketing 2 exclusive units at Waterview Condo. Waterview is only 3 bus stops away from Tampines mrt and bus interchange with 3 big shopping mall. Both units are 2 bedroom and asking is 900k. TOP for Waterview will be the 3rd quarter of this year (coming soon).

Feel free to contact me if you need assistance. Chees!

Dear SK,

Unless you are seeking a freehold unit, you should be spoilt for choices. There is never a holding period involved for a private property but should you decide to sell within a 4years period from purchasing, Sellers' Stamp Duty is applicable to you based on the selling price.

I do have a couple of matching units on hand if you do not mind sharing more specific requirements you may have.
