2. Rental Price range: Starting from $2,000 per month in District 15-19 (Eastern part of Singapore). Room rentals are cheaper.

3. Cost involved:
a. Deposit to Owner: 1 month rent value for 1 year lease period, 2 months rent value for 2 years lease period and so on

b. Lease Stamp Duty to IRAS: $96 for $2,000 montly rent (Total Rent x 0.4%)
