The reason why Far East is selling the Hillvista at this rate because this is a brand new condo.

However, should you like the Hillview location, I have a very good apartment which is very near to the future MRT and the house condition is as good as new.

You can get this house either for your own stay and for further investment when the MRT is ready.

Hi, Hillvista will be the newest condo around that area which is also closest to the future MRT.

Old condos nearby are about 10 years old. The age is clearly noticeable even if well maintained and the design is dated.

Eventhough the developer stated the particular price to you, I am able to negotiate for you through my good contact with them.

Alternatively, you may look at Hillview Regency, Lakeshore, Parc Vista, Centris. Or the clementi cluster of condos: The Parc, Carabelle, Botannia, Infiniti.
