I am looking for an unit (3 bedrooms + 1 utility for the maid) rather urgently. I have no idea of the layout. Can anyone advise me on this? Also may I know what is the monthly maintenance charges? Thanks

Hi MK,

Just a opinion, why not consider the new condo Clover By The Park at Bishan St 25. TOP is end June 2011. The price at Bishan 8 and Clover By The Park is not far apart, why not buy a new unit than resale?
