Hi there,

Only licensed realtors with a paid subscription are allowed to put up advertisements on PropertyGuru. Home owners are encouraged to appoint an agent to work on the marketing aspects, since commission applicable is only when there is a successful transaction, thus instead of spending on advertisements which do not guarantee on results, why not appoint an agent to work on it instead? Furthermore, I have encountered a number of tenants who have expressed that they prefer looking for listings that are marketed by licensed realtors due to the scams that have been ongoing.
