i am looking for a short term lease of 7 months, starting 15 January to enter premises. Yishun area only, EC - 2 bedder - with balcony - preferably non-furnished or partly furnished. budget $3800 - $4000

It is not easy to find units with lease period under 1 year, therefore unless you are very lucky to meet such landlord, you may wish to consider paying more in your rental to convince prospective landlords to accept your offer. Read More
