I am looking for a resale flat with my wife and child as I am still currently living with my mother. I would like to know how I can apply for the family grant and additional grant? The problem is that I have my name in the private property which was inherited. The property is now shared between my two brothers and mother. I cannot wait for the 30 months to remove my name from the property. Please advise what can I do?
