2. Filter strictly for landed / ground‑floor options within your budget.
3. Shortlist 2‑3 properties within the next few days and share photos, floor plans and drive/transport access so you can pick your preferred ones.
4. Once you pick a favoured unit, we’ll coordinate viewings and then negotiate lease terms with the landlord (start date, deposit, tenure, etc).
