I am looking for a private studio apartment (not sharing) for under SGD $1600. Is it possible to get such a place reasonably close to an MRT station?

Hi Rohit,

It's pretty tough to secure even a studio apartment with close proximity to the MRT at that price. You've to drop one or two of your preference in order to find the right place. It'll be tough nowadays to rent a studio apartment at $1600. I can't rule out the possibility of one but it'll be a uphill battle for yourself.

I am okay with a place that is not very close to an MRT station, as long as a station is within a couple of kilometers. Do you think it is possible?
