I am looking for a old walk-up apartment around district 19 or 13. Will be my nest with my hubby for the next 10 years. Any considerations?

Dear Agnes,

Old walk up apartments are rare in supply therefore they could be commanding a premium.

May I know what is the price range you have set aside for this purchase and how many bedrooms are you looking for?
