I am looking for a EC that TOP next year. The only one which I know of is Esparina and I heard the last unit was sold recently. Would appreciate if any agents can help me out.

Hi Lim,
You can't buy EC that is going to TOP. EC is under HDB policy that the owner will need to stay for 5 years, complete the MOP before he is allowed to sell.
Either you go for resale EC, which are 5 yrs old, or apply for new EC.
Are you keen in new EC "Twin Waterfalls"? There are still available units for selection.
