I am looking for a condominium of TOP by 2014 or early. Is there any unit within 600K budget and stamp duty absorbed?

I have a unit abt $600k but the stamp duty is not absorbed. The project TOP is Mar 2016 but if construction are smooth, it may complete by end 2014. Site is under construction now in Pasir Ris. Let me know if u are keen to visit the site to understand its progress.
