I would advise you to appoint an experienced agent to help you with the search and most importantly the negotiation process so as to save time and money in their search for a home.

You may also want to consider the nearby Tanjong Pagar Plaza which is comparatively much cheaper and has got future potential for enbloc. Alternatively, if you are open to less central location and if you are eligible, a 880k budget can easily get you an EC.
