I am looking at Maysprings, may i know why two bedroom unit, psf is around 900, but for 3 bedroom unit , psf is around 750? Why such a big difference?

Hi Cliff,
I believe my fellow agents have almost summed out why is small units' PSF is usually higher than bigger units'. But of course having a competent and capable agent to assist you in the negotiation will help as well. I hope I will be a great help to you if you ever need me in your future property transactions.
