I am looking at buying a private condo at 900k budget price. Owner will be, my wife, my aunty n me. Is it possible?

My aunty would be selling her hdb flat soon. My wife & me have a fully paid hdb in which we intend to keep.

Another question is the 7 percent absd can it be refunded via cpf after we paid in cash?

I am interested in NV residences & Livia.

Hi Mr TJ

Yes it is possible. You can have up to 4 ownership name for a private property. As for the ABSD, the 7% + 3% = 10% will not be refunded back at all. Unless you sell your HDB within 6 months after collecting the keys to your private property.
