I am liking in my 4 room HDB which i bought the HDB unit on year 2006.

Currently, i plan to buy a condo, is my situation is limited by the new rule announced on August (which need to sell my HDB in order to buy private property)?

Need advice.

Hi William,

Under the new rulea, you do not have to sell your hdb flat in order to buy a pte property. You just need to fulfill your MOP before you are allow to purchase a pte property.

However, do take note that you will only be approved 70% of the if you have any existing outstanding loan.
