I am keen to buy flat-HDB or Condo with overall at cheaper price,including registration charges etc.I have not yet got Singapore PR.I am working in Singapore since August 2012.Please advise.

Hi,
If you are a foreigner, you have to pay 30% ABSD charges. That means if the condo costs
600,000 - condo price
18,000 - BSD
180,000 - ABSD
3,000 - Legal fee

The banks will only give you a maximum loan of 75% of the buying price of the condo. As such, you have to come up with the 25% and the BSD, ABSD and legal fees also. Please contact me directly for more info.
