I am interested to rent a ground floor unit at Canberra Residences in June 2015 for a year. However, I am also keen to buy over the unit (or any other ground floor units in this development for that matter) after a period of time, if it is possible. Dear Shariff and viewers,

I currently don't have a ground floor unit available for rent. However I am marketing a 3 bedroom unit on 2nd floor. 1141sqft and its window overlooking the landscape and swimming pool. Asking $3250.
