Unfortunately there are no consolidated source to check on the maintenance of cluster houses in Singapore as the rates are often revised from time to time. If you are concerned about the high maintenance fees, you may want to consider the cluster houses within condo development. The quantum is usually lower at a price similar to a 4 bedroom condo, with maintenance fees affordable. Your family will also be able to enjoy the facilities within the condo development without the need to worry for the overall maintenance of the facade.
