I am afraid it might not be possible as the 2 bedrooms units there are already asking close to $1m. Maybe you can look at other alternatives near that area.

If you are really keen in Hazel Park, probably I can arrange my bankers to advise you on your In Principle Approval (loan amount), probably you might be able to purchase a 3 bedrooms unit there after all.

As my fellow professionals has mentioned, you might need to up your budget a bit for a 3 bedder in Hazel Park.

If you are ok with that, I have a unit available asking at $1.3mil. The owner is a very nice Chinese couple and they will be spending a few thousands to renovate the unit before putting it up on the market.

Personally feel that it is a good buy.
