I am interested in the 4 room duplex in ripple bay condo at pasir ris coming up. Presently we are staying at EA at pasir blk 544. house fully paid ready. So if we intend to buy the condo which only TOP 2016. We need to sell our present house first or can we only sell just before TOP.

Hi Suffian,

If financially you have no problem to pay for the booking fee 5% + Stamp Duty in cash for Ripply Bay, I encorage you to sell only when you are about to take keys for Ripple Bay. You still need a place to stay until 2016 before Ripple Bay TOP.
