I am interested in purchasing a property. I do not wish to wait a few years for development however I would prefer a new condo. Are there any condos that would be available some time this year? My budget is about 1-1.5mil and I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom unit.

Hi Stephen,

Would it be convenient to let me know your preferred area of purchase and any further requirements while I proceed to matchmake units for you?

Perhaps to even consider your search further, will you be required to take up any bank loans for your intended purchase and if yes, have you gotten any AIP done to substantiate that your intended purchase will be comfortably within the management of your financial ability? It is paramount to consider this as I am sure you do not wish to face a situation whereby you are stretching your cashflow to finance your purchase.
