    i am aware of ABSD 8%. what about other charges and interest? if the property worth 1 m can you tell me how much i need to pay bank interest etc?

After listening to all the comments, have you made up your mind yet? Going ahead with the purchase? What about your current unit? Whats your needs for the new purchase?
