Hi Mr Tan, Most units in Interlace are calling for $1.2m and above, therefore with your budget, it is indeed quite a challenge to achieve although I understand that market sentiments do not stand in favour of sellers. Is the $1.2m budget worked out by yourself or an in principle approval gotten from a bank? Perhaps I can show you to a couple of units and we can work on from there?
