I am in a very special situation owning an HDB flat here in singapore. I am a PR bought it back 6 years. Our marriage is kind of over but she not willing for divorce. I have lost my job. I am planning to sell the house and go back to my country for the time being. My wife refuses to sell the house. Due to some jointowners of properties back home I am reluctant to proceed with divorce here.
What options I have now?
what will happen if banks repayments are not paid and house goes on auction? How much damage will this cause in case this really happens.THis might be a unique case on its own but I really need to know the anserwer. Will we end up losing say about 10% or 15% of the house valuse in case house is auctioned.
2. Can I approach HDB for this.
