I am highly interested in getting a 2BR unit condo for a price of less than or equal to $550k. Is it possible? If yes, how and where do I get the best deals of that sort?

Hi Morgan, are you buying for own stay or investment? If for own stay, are you eligible for ECs? If not eligible, you may wish to go for resale leasehold units to find a decent apt within your budget.
