I am helpin my friend looking for rent a unit of condo who come from Europe, she will come to Spore on by end of this month, her budget is $2500 , her office is located at Clark Quay, the condo located shall be as close as possible ner to her working place or MRT station

It would be great if you are able to furnish me with the following details:

1) number of person staying in the unit
2) how many bedrooms unit is your friend looking for
3) occupation of your friend
4) how long does your friend intend to rent
5) who is going to view the unit
6) how is your friend going to sign on the documents proper
