Would you consider keeping your HDB for rental yield, while investing in a resale condo for own stay? You still need a place to stay right?

Depending on individual's objective, HDB is a valuable asset nowadays. Once you sell it, it might be difficult for you to buy back. If your financial permits, it would be better that you invest in private and keep your HDB. You can still get resale condo under valuation. It's possible to get at $800K, but depends on which location.
