I am divorced Singaporean above 35. Assume I own a hdb flat purchased under single eligibility and within MOP . Can I use my son's name (assume i will have one Singaporean son about 1 year old later) to buy condo ? Can he transfer or add my name into condo after my MOP? What is the fee payable by me ? Thank you

Property buyers in SG have to be aged 21 and above.
