I have 3 questions:
1) How much prior to the 2nd appointment will the final inspection take place?
2) if the seller moves out on his own prior to the 2nd appointment, can I take the liberty to start renovation then?
3) in the unfortunate case of my renovation being unable to complete before my 6 month real lease is up, can I extend my lease with my landlord by 2 weeks or a month?
