I am currently looking to purchase a studio at People Park Complex. I am a Singapore PR and owned a HDB for about a year and now looking to buy a studio in People Park Complex but I have heard from friends that I will not be granted a loan from bank due to People Park Complex is an "old age" apartment and banks do not offer loan for such old apartment/building. How true is this? Please advise
