There is no regulation covering the professional fees involved in property management services and is open to quote by the various service providers offering such professional services.

I have heard of cases where the landlord is charged at 10% of the monthly rental on a monthly basis to carry out these duties and there is a deposit amount where the fees will be directly deducted from for any repairs or services required for the tenanted apartment, with invoices and receipts property managed.
