I am currently living in an executive HDB apartment I am keen in purchasing a 3 or 4 room EC either from open market or from HDB directly.
I have already purchased directly fr HDB twice.
Do I still qualify?

Evening VK,

As you have purchase units directly from HDB twice, you are not eligible to purchase new EC from HDB. However, you are still able to purchase resale EC from the market, using bank loan.

You will have to purchase from the open market(resale) as you have already purchased directly from HDB twice. These alot of choices in the resale market. Which district are you keen in?
