I am currently in Australia working permanently. I have been renting out my EA flat in Woodlands Dr 16. The current tenants are leaving for a closer flat to their workplace. I have someone marketing my flat for rental, though not exclusive. The date of the current tenant leaving is drawing near and I wish to secure a new tenant in order to upkeep my mortgages. What can I do?

Dear owner,

Perhaps you may wish to authorise 1 or 2 more salesperson to assist in the marketing of your unit. I am not sure of the condition of your unit and who is around to assist you with the required documentations.

Let me know if my team of salesperson in your estate can assist you with this and furnish more details if possible.

Hi Sir, If your current agents are nt able to help you, you might like to consider getting another exclusive agent to help you instead. IS ur unit near Vista point there? That area might be a little quiet but still able to get tenants. Is your asking of rental too high?
You may wish to contact me for more discussion if I can help you to market ur unit.
