Dear sir,
All sellers wants to sell at the utmost high and all buyers wants to buy at the utmost low. If you are selling your unit at the utmost high, would that translate to leaving the buyer buying over your unit at no room for appreciation? In that way, won't it make your unit extremely unattractive to the buyers and do you think in that way, will there be any buyer?
My advise to all my clients is always to cash out as long as the price is right, use that amount of cash proceeds to invest in another property or other forms of investment to grow the money. Leave some room for the buyer who buys your property to earn some to make the buyer more than happy to buy over your unit. This makes it a win-win situation for all.
Furthermore, no one knows exactly how the market situation will go. If prices are decent now for you to let go, I would say, let go now.
