I am considering to rent my common room 178 Woodlands St 13 as my children hav gotten their new flats however my husband inform me that rental unit in woodlands is no good. No one wants woodlands area. My house is 3bedroom , I stay in master bed room, another one common room got another Chinese couple staying for five yrs already. As their contract, light cooking include pub, wash clothes 1 times no aircon$600 no pork no beer . Can I get same same rental for this?

Dear Makcik,

Simply ask your existing tenants why did they take up the rental of your other common room in the first place and have already stayed for 5 years. To be honest, if living conditions in your place is alright, there is no reason why you cannot rent out your available room at this rate. There are many room rental salesperson operating in your estate, perhaps you may wish to call one of them to assist.
