I am considering to purchase a condo unit in the north, however,I just learnt from the agent that the condo charges a fee+deposit for booking of most of the facilities like tennis court, BBQ pit, function rooms etc. I was told that this is very common in new launch condos. My question is: Is it true that most new condos charge for facilities now? Any examples? Will these condos that charges for facilities on top of the maintenance be more difficult to sell in future? Hope someone can give me an answer soon as I am now very undecided on whether I should go for new development or old ones which do not charge booking fees. Thank you.
