Everything will be on a willing seller and willing buyer basis in this transaction, therefore if you happen to meet a buyer who has exceptional reasons compelling him/her to buy the unit, there is no reason why you cannot achieve this price, however, to be honest up front with you, such a price tag may deter some potential buyers away since they will be required to cough up more cash up front.
